• Scope: Entire Uttar Pradesh
• Objectives: As mentioned in the memorandum.

Membership & Classes

• Patron Member: Rs. 2001/- or equivalent donation.
• Life Member: Rs. 1001/- or equivalent donation.
• Ordinary Member: Rs. 250/- per year.
• Special Member: Selected by executive committee, exempted from fee.

Termination of Membership

• Death, insanity, or insolvency.
• Corrupt conduct or illegal activities.
• Failure to pay membership fees.
• Absence from three consecutive meetings without reason.

General Assembly & Managing Committee

The association consists of a General Assembly and a Managing Committee.

General Assembly

• Includes all members.
• Annual meetings held once a year.
• Quorum: 2/3rd of total members.
• Decides budgets and amendments.

Managing Committee

• Formed by 7 elected members (President, VP, Secretary, etc.).
• Meetings held twice a year.
• 2/3rd majority required for decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Chairman: Presides meetings and ensures compliance.
• Vice President: Assists chairman.
• Secretary: Handles correspondence and administration.
• Treasurer: Manages finances and expenses.

Financial & Legal Provisions

• Funds deposited in bank operated by President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
• Annual audits conducted by a qualified auditor.
• Court proceedings handled by the Secretary or an authorized representative.

Dissolution of Institution

In case of dissolution, procedures will be followed as per Sections 13 & 14 of the Societies Registration Act.
